When is Check-In?

Our guests can check-in between 3:00PM and 10:00PM. If you will be later than 10:00PM please call and inform us.

When is Check-Out?

Check-out is any time before 11:00AM. If you must leave early and the Front Desk is not yet in you can feel free to leave your keys in your room. 

Can I Check-In Early?

In order to be fully prepared for your arrival we need you to check-in after 3:00PM. When available early check-in begins at 12:00PM and is an additional $50 charge. 

Can I Get a Late Check-Out?

Late check-out is offered when available, and, as part of our event contracts. Feel free to ask! In some instances a $25 fee will apply. 

Smoking Policy:

All of our buildings are smoke free. Smoker's Pole are available in designated areas.

Pet Policy:

We are not a pet friendly facility. Service Animals, as defined by the ADA, are always welcome. Learn about that here.

Are emotional support, therapy, comfort, or companion animals considered service animals under the ADA?

From the ADA - "No. These terms are used to describe animals that provide comfort just by being with a person. Because they have not been trained to perform a specific job or task, they do not qualify as service animals under the ADA."  

ADA Accessibility 

Catskill Mountains Resort strives to comfortably accommodate all of our guests. If you have any specific questions, requests, or suggestions always feel free to contact us. 

Our ADA compliant hotel room is #220 in the Courtyard building. Handicapped parking for that building is marked and on the fountain side of the building. Mountainside Restaurant is accessible via the ramp inside our banquet hall. Handicapped parking for Mountainside Restaurant and the banquet hall is next to the pavers closest to the banquet hall entrance. Our banquet hall is accessible via the entrance in front of the fountain. 

Our pool, Zac's Lounge, and our Catskill Cabins are not ADA accessible at this time. 

Can I hold rooms for other people?

The best way to handle group reservations is to create a Room Block through our Business Office. This allows us to streamline the check-in process and properly accommodate all our guests. 

When do I get charged for my stay?

Hotel charges are charged when you check-in and you will be given a receipt then. During busy holiday times we may charge you a deposit a day or two prior to check-in. 

What is the Wi-Fi Password?

Guest and Public wifi passwords are all "frenchfries" (No quotation marks)

Pool Information:

Hours - 9:00AM to 9:00PM Weather Permitting. Towels are provided. No outside food or drink allowed.
