Chef Pascal at the Catskill Mountains Resort
Chef Pascal Bettig was born in the East of France, on Vosges Mountain in Lorraine. Fluent in 3 languages, Chef Pascal has worked in Michelin Star Restaurants in France, Switzerland and London. In 1991, he moved to the United States where he was then the Executive Chef in notable restaurants including Le Veau d'Or, St. Michel, the United Nations and Frere Jacques in New York City. In 2015, Chef Pascal ventured up to Sullivan County, NY to begin creating his vision for the Mountainside Restaurant at the Catskill Mountains Resort. He is a long time member of Societe Culinaire Philanthropique of New York.
